I wanted to get a picture of Wyatt's new floor cushion that I made for him - it's a great flannel fabric with robots on it. He decided we also needed his rocket in the picture - whatever works! The rocket is actually a birdhouse that I bought at Michaels and painted. Immediately after I took this picture, he snapped the small grey piece on top off. He was very disappointed that the rocket wouldn't be able to "go into space" because it was broken. :) It'll be good as new tomorrow thanks to the glue gun (that is, if I can use it without burning myself again).Today was a bit of a rough day for me, my morning sickness came back with a vengence and despite a full night's sleep I was positively exhausted. I feel like I'm in the first trimester again (except much, much larger). I slept on and off for over 4 hours during the day - hopefully I can still sleep tonight!
The cushion looks AWESOME! I love that fabric so much, so cute :) Haha, looks like he's already upset about something, or was it just the timing of the photo? That rocket turned out pretty good, I have to say!
ReplyDeleteI think he was just in the middle of explaining something to me. :P The rocket did turn out okay, but it's really not much of a toy - very thin wood and the entire top (the red and orange part) has broken off too!
