No picture today....Wyatt wanted nothing to do with the camera! I'd take a picture of the nursery progress, but it would be a haze of drywall dust right now. We're actually really close to finishing though, just patching up a part of the ceiling, then we need to lay the carpet, do the trim and hang the door. I will be so happy to be finished!
Josh has his first "live burn" with the fire department this weekend. Essentially, it's a supervised/controlled fire. This time, they're burning down a 100+ year old house that the owner has requested to be burned. Because Josh is still a rookie, he's taking his Level 1 currently, and they are using this burn as practice - so he will be actually be going into the house while it's on fire. A month before my due date and they are sending my husband into a burning building... And along those lines, my due date is May 30, and Josh his his Level 1 exam on May 28th. The timing sucks! I am hoping for May 17th - I'm not supersticious, but I had a dream I had the baby on May 17th, May 17th is a full moon, and Josh's grandma's sister said I'd have the baby on that day as well.
Boy, am I going to be disappointed when that day comes and goes without a baby. ;)
Wow...that's gonna be quite the experience! I'm sure everything will go well, even if the stress won't do a lot for you. And I'm putting my money on May 17th; dreams aren't always just the subconscious shooting its mouth off, but I guess we'll see...damn, now I'm all impatient! haha.
