Just a few days old...
Happy 1st Birthday!
2nd birthday at Tinkertown.
My baby is three!So much about Wyatt has changed in three years, and yet so much is still the same. He's always loved anything that has wheels - semis, trucks, trailers, tractors, motorcycles (you get the idea). He still loves to cuddle (well, as long as he's in the mood). He's still a smart cookie - at just over 1, he could identify triangles out of an assortment of several shapes. He was quick to learn the other shapes (even octagons!), colours, numbers and letters. Today he told me how to spell zoo ("1 z and 2 o's). He's always been fairly cautious, he only decided to start crawling shortly before his 1st birthday. He's still a fairly easy going kid (although I say this with slight trepidation as we approach the dreaded "threes"). He loves to read, play outside and "make believe". Once he warms up to you, he's such an easy kid to get along with, he tells fantastic stories and loves to make people laugh.
One of his most used phrases these days is, "I love you soooooo much!" - so to quote him, I love you sooooo much Wyatt!
Awwwww, what a great little guy. I wish we were closer so we could see these fun stages and developments. I hate using cliches like "they grow up so fast" (seriously, HATE it), but it's so true. Far too fast.
ReplyDeleteI still super love that picture from his first birthday. I can't believe how fast he's growing, but it's so much fun to watch as he grows! Playing hide and seek behind the drapes in his room, always a good time, haha. I love my little muffin!
