Both kids got lots of toys, clothes and books from both sets of grandparents and Josh's grandparents as well. Paige got nothing from us. Here is the conversation I had with myself about that:
"I should find something for her! Maybe a stuffed animal."
"Why? You know your mom already got her a stuffed lamb, nevermind the Cookie Monster you just bought for her last week."
"True. What about a book? That Touch and Feel bunny one is cute."
"You just bought 4 touch and feel books, and after she chewed the corner right off of one, you put them out of reach."
"Ah. Some sort of treat? Mum Mums?"
"You have 2 full boxes at home, and she doesn't really like them."
"Fine!!! Then what?"
"Nothing? She's 10 months old, and it's Easter, not Christmas, not her birthday. She won't have a hot clue what's going on."
So in the end, I decided I was right. Hopefully she doesn't hold it against me. ;)
