This picture is from yesterday, before Paige got sick. I wasn't about to take any pictures today, it was like a scene from the Exorcist in here. Day #3 of what is surely The Worst Stomach Bug Ever. I'm hopeful that Paige will recover faster than Wyatt because she will actually rest, whereas he seems to be under the impression that sitting still for longer than 3 seconds counts as "resting". I feel sorry for the kid - he says he feels better, but he is still getting sick on a regular basis, so I am forcing him to do nothing and eat bland food and it's driving him up the wall. He was in tears over not getting a hot dog for supper. The worst part about Paige being sick? She's almost 11 months old and almost never sleeps through the night except for last night, even though she threw up in her crib more than once (which we didn't know, obviously). So if I understand baby logic - clean, comfortable crib does not equal a peaceful sleeping environment, but a crib with dried vomit does. Got it.
