Wyatt got to go mini golfing today with his cousins while I was in Winnipeg with my mom and sister. Apparently it was a bit of a bust, but I guess that's not a huge surprise. Toddlers aren't known for their patience and ability to follow game guidelines. Or maybe it's just our family - maybe there are other 3 year olds out there playing chess during playdates.Winnipeg was great. We didn't do much, and 99% of my shopping was for other people, but it was so nice to just relax and visit. I really don't get to see my mom and sister nearly as much as I would like - not having family in the same town is frustrating some times.
Josh and I got to sneak out for a movie tonight (the late show). We saw Horrible Bosses, and we both thought it was hilarious - and neither of us fell asleep!
Yay, you both made it through a movie without sleeping! haha :) I'm glad it was good.
ReplyDeleteI agree, not being in one place is a bummer a lot of the time. Not only because gas is so expaaaansive most of the time, but because it's not nearly as convenient as I'd like! Bah, says I. But the visit was nice :)
