Wyatt helped me make cookies this evening. He loves to help with anything that's going on in the kitchen, which can be a little unnerving at times (like when he wants to "help" with something on the stove). He knows the oven is hot, so he does back up when I open it, thank goodness.Josh took Paige and Wyatt to visit his grandma this afternoon, and I wisely used my time alone to go grocery shopping at Superstore. :P Not surprisingly, it took me about half the time it does when I have the whole gang with me.
I do believe that picture documents our favourite way to help with Mom's baking too, haha :) I realized the other day when I was making cookies that I haven't eaten cookie dough in SO LONG! Tasty times.
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked! How do you make cookies without eating the dough??? Truth be told, I only eat mom's oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough... Josh and I have been known to eat entire raw cookies. :D
ReplyDeleteHaha I'm not sure why I don't...I just forgot you could eat the raw dough I guess. I get too involved with putting the cookies on the pan and all that, and then they're baked and the opportunity is gone.
